What does graded mean?
Graded items derive from refused goods or warehouse incurred issues that lose the pristine of a brand new product. Some show some form of cosmetic damage to the product, tatty packaging or both. These cosmetic marks, found only on the exterior, do not affect the product's functionality and are purely aesthetic. All items are unused, expected to work as designed. None of our items are refurbished. Some graded items may be End of Line which may result in limited, or no, spare or replacement part availability.
Grade A - Minimal product impact. Examples include:
Damage to the packaging only which may have additional package tape to protect such areas for delivery purposes.
The product inside has little sign of damage. Small scratches in unseen areas (to the rear, underside or hidden when integrated).
Unwanted, unused returned item. Packaging has signs of being opened.
End of Line products - boxes may be dirty, and spare/replacement parts may not be available.
Grade B - Minor product Impact. Examples include:
Cosmetic damages visible on item, such as one or two scratches, dents, scuffs or flaking/tarnished paintwork.
Larger dents in unseen areas that do not affect usage.
The packaging may also show some signs of damage. In some cases, the item may not be in its original packaging.
Grade C - More visible product impact. Examples include:
More noticeable cosmetic damages to the item, such as large or multiple scratches, cracks and dents.

Delivery
Small Items We offer a free next-day (Mon-Fri) home delivery service through our 3rd party courier APC for UK Mainland customers. Orders received over the weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day and delivered the day after.
Considering the Coronavirus pandemic, and to protect the safety of both customers and the delivery drivers, our small item couriers have adopted the NO CONTACT DELIVERY PRACTICE. This means that customers will not be required to personally sign the ePOD device or hard copy document but will be required to provide their name verbally to the delivery driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record. A photograph will also be captured at the point of delivery. Whereby a customer refuses to provide their name, the consignment will not be left with them but fall under the 'refused goods' process.
Appliances may be brought into your home at the driver's discretion, providing that access is not an issue.
Large Items We offer free arranged delivery service through our 3rd party courier Furdeco for UK Mainland customers. Once you have ordered the item, you will be contacted by the courier to book your delivery. Items can take between 7-10 working days to arrive.
All deliveries must be signed for, and appliances may be brought into your home at the driver?s discretion, providing that access is not an issue.

Returns
For unwanted items only, we operate a very simple no-fuss 30 Day Returns Policy:
1. Simply let us know via the eBay messaging system within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to return. 2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. 3. Once we have received the item and we have confirmed it is in the same condition that it was sent out to you, we will process your refund.
Please note that for unwanted item returns, you will need to cover the cost delivery to us.
For faulty items that have been installed or certain electrical appliances that are hard-wired we may ask to see Proof of Installation by an electrician. We will require a Gas Installation Certificate for all gas appliances.
Warranty
All items carry a 3-month parts guarantee issued by Cookology which is subject to provisions that the appliance:
Has been used solely for domestic purposes and is on domestic premises, i.e. not for commercial or trade use.
Has been used solely in accordance with the instruction manual.
Where applicable, has been installed by a registered professional, with certificate of installation.
Has not been subject to misuse, accident, modified or repaired by anyone other than registered service engineers.
Lights and filters are not covered by warranty.

Q. How long is the guarantee and how do we report a fault?
A. All our Cookology appliances come with a 3-month guarantee which is agreed upon and managed directly with us. In the rare case that you do come across any faults with the item, we recommend contacting the Cookology customer service team using the "contact" button on our eBay store profile to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Q. How do your items get graded?
A. We have a grading centre for all the returns we receive. Our expert engineers complete a full function test and cosmetic analysis. They then get graded as per our in-house grading system.
Q. The damage on my item exceeds my expectations. What can I do?
A. If you believe the item has arrived in a condition not outlined within our grading categorisation, please contact us via eBay with your reasons along with photographic evidence within two working days.
Q. What happens after I purchase my item?

Q. Can I view the product in person before purchasing?
